we had to drop the car off 3 days early due to illness the desk was ment to open at 8am and they did not get there till 9 am our flight was at 10.30 so it was close thing as we had not gone through the return process to 09.45 beside that the staff were ok

I was provided excellent service and support throughout. Additional driver was added a few days later at no additional cost. The car was dirty due to weather conditions_ but was accepted without cleaning costs. Highly recommended.
