The rent was very easy and the staff very friendly. My only concern is regarding the handling of the deposit. I‘ve been told its a pre-autorisation but the amount was directly posted to my account. In the end I‘ll get less money since the charge rate has changed over the time. It was definitely no pre-authorization.

שלחתי אליכם מייל בקשה לבחון להקדים את החזרת הרכב_ אבל אפילו לא קיבלתי תגובה. כל סוגיית סוג הביטוח שסגרתי מולכם בהזמנה לא היה ברור. לא הייתי חוזר אליכם שוב
