Car given was better than expected without having to pay extra.(not so with another company last year in England) Audi 3 diesel instead of T Roc W. Would highly recommend this company.

We had to stand in line for about 15 minutes before it was our turn to fill in the forms_ but after the waiting the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful_ and so was the person who handed out the car and the person receiving the car when we returned. The car was excelent_ it was brand new and exactly the make and model we had asked for. I would definitely use the same company next time.
