The car was perfectly fine — it was really nice_ clean_ and of high quality. But what I absolutely cannot get over is the attitude of the staff. I came to the counter with three children_ one of them in a stroller. After a short while of dealing with the paperwork_ the staff handed me two child seats and the car keys with the registration documents over the counter and told me we should find the car in the nearby parking lot ourselves. I_m sorry_ but that_s just not acceptable. There were four adults working there_ and no one else was waiting in line behind me. Next time_ I’ll choose a different car rental company.

Booked a VW SUV_ but got a Ford Focus estate - ok car but not as ordered! On returning car_ no-one at desk nor answering mobile number given_ but eventually someone turned up_ frustrating but didn_t delay us too long.
