Booked GPS Navigation was not available but it was not be charged.

The return in the early morning was not really clear. We couldn_t reach anyone at the counter or by phone so we had to leave the car in front of the rental station and just dropped the key. Later on we reached some person who promised us some confirmation about the successful return by mail but we never get any message.
