The original car we were given was Renault Megane estate which stunk of diesel inside so we had to return the car and exchange it. I requested a saloon or smaller car but they insisted on giving me another estate car which at least was very good.
I am largely driven by price. If you had a discount for loyal customers i woukd be more likely to return.

Everything is perfect_ just pickup location description was not accurate. Its parking lot _A_ and meeting point _1__ not _5_. It might have changed_ but there is no such point_ we had a wild hunt at night. Also write to go straight_ not _across_
