I was expecting the agent to be in the arrivals hall but they were actually waiting outside the terminal building which caused some anxiety when I couldn’t see them on entering the arrivals area because my flight had been delayed by 2 hours

Great service_ from pick up to drop off very helpful _ friendly. It’s off airport which was a small pain as we couldn’t all fit in shuttle to/from office so had to mess a little but not end of world for competitive price.
