Very nice_ friendly and helpful staff at the pick up and drop off. Only negative point... missing parking disc which is quite necessary when parking in certain zones....

We waited almost 1.5 hours to pick up the car. We even arrived early. There were only 2 staff on_ and checking in seemed to take a long time. Drop off was the opposite. Very efficient. All staff were lovely
