Very poor communication when wanting to have the shuttle pick us up to take us to the office where the cars are kept. Wasted much time. Very finnicky when dropping the car off_ spending much time inspecting the car was over the top in comparison to many others we have used. Not that we had anything to worry about as we had treated the car with respect.

online contract would improve pick up time

Takes time to get picked up from the airport. While other car rental companies already did a several trips when we are waiting. Had issue in the bond.. my contract only mentioned $1k bond but they are asking us for $4_500 bond because I_m using debit card which is not in my voucher. Took about an hour to sort it out. Car have a lots of minor damages so we spent more time for car audit/inspection before driving and returning the car.
