Were late to pick us up at airport_ but after that we got excellent service. Upgraded us from small vehicle to 4 x 4 Isuzu double cab. (No charge) Staff very friendly and experienced.

Die Konto Guthaben bzw. Kaution zurück Buchung dauert etwas zu lang. Es wäre ideal wenn dies am gleichen Tag an mein Konto gut geschrieben werde.

I had to change vehicles as the agent required me to gave an additional US$1300 security deposit. This was not apparent when i secured the vehicle. So I had to downgrade tomuch smaller and cheaper car.

You probably need to better explain the remaining balance/deposit payable at the pickup location. I got kind of confused by this. However_ that said_ the overall amount I paid following the return of funds after dropoff was as expected.
