L_auto non era fornita dell_attacco per la ricarica telefonica. Quando al momento della restituzione abbiamo posto il tema all_operatore ci è stato risposto che andava chiesto. E_ evidente che ciascuno/a ha un telefono cellulare di cui si serve anche per accedere a servizi durante il viaggio. Che sia il cliente a doverlo chiedere è un contro senso. In compenso l_auto era fornita di accendino_ completamente inutile a fronte invece dell_utilità di una presa a cui attaccare un caricabatteria del telefono.

Il servizio di ritiro è stato un po’ lento ma in compenso alla restituzione sono stati rapidi e gentili anche nel risolvere una situazione imprevista.

The car had a smell of cigarette smoke. It would be good to have a no-smoking policy for all cars. And if the car smells of smoke when returned_ they are charged a cleaning fee so that the smell of cigarette smoke can be removed.

The car was fine but the pick up and drop off was a bit chaotic and there were mixed messages about the drop off location. We got charged for a scratch we didn’t do but neither ours or their photos caught the location on the car. Make sure to include the undersides in you pick up photos or videos.
