The car that was provided performed well and met all expectations.

Front right tyre was bare with no tread. Didn’t notice at pick up only during journey. Indication the car was not properly examined and maintained prior to rental.

The administration of signing the paper work was too slow.

I had preferred a manual but was given an automatic. Although they said this was an upgrade_ I would have preferred a manual. Nevertheless_ when I needed a second car the following week_ I did go back to the same company. Everything was just as I requested_ the second time.

Fair drop-off because there was no one to receive the car and no follow up call to say all was in order_ I had to phone to check the agents had received the car. An additional concern was that I received an email today saying the vehicle is overdue. This causes unnecessary worry.
