لقد اخبرني ان التأمين لا يغطي جميع التلفيات وان رجل المرور لا يعطي تقرير عند الاصطدام بحائط او شجره وشركة التأمين لا تقبل التعويض الا بالتقرير مما اجبرني بدفع 220 دولار لعمل تأمين شامل يغطي كل شي عن طريق مكتبهم ،،، هل هذا صحيح ام كنت خدعه تسويقيه من الموظف
