Ich habe ein upgrade erhalten. Dies war ein Auto mit Fremdfarbspuren an der re.vorderen Tür. Auch war der re Vorderreifen beschädigt_ der Reifen hatte ein Stück Gummi wie durch scharfen Gegenstand angeritzt abstehen. Auf bitte um ein anderes Fahrzeug_ hieß es_es gibt keines. Das Fahrzeug wurde 6 Wochen vor Mietung gebucht!

Car was dirty
The car was exactly what we ordered though the gentleman in the arrivalhall told us that we couldn’t get a hybride car_ which we reserved…They called downstairs to two persons_ no hybrid for 15 days. We came downstairs as I agreed to change the car somewhere after a week…But I got the right car anyway..so maybe the knowledge of the cars is something to update…as the people on the phone downstairs were very convinced
Be aware that the provider needs a physical credit card when handing over the car_ a CC on the phone is not accepted. Maybe put this explicitly in the instructions.
