When we arrived we were told pick up vehicle in garage at Schiphol at the counter in hall of airport when we paid deposit. Turned out that vehicle was not available and instead of Volkswagen we got an Opel. No issue with brand_ but it was necessary to make a new contract for different car which took 30 minutes. Luckily we were not in a hurry_ just tired from intercontinental flight from Canada. Last time in March 2024 the same thing happened _ but we were upgraded with no extra charge probably since model was not available.

Until today I did not receive confirmation of the acceptance of the car after the rental_ as I needed to bring it back early and they were not opened yet. Also no confirmation if they cancelled the security bond.
