The rental car provider didn_t hold the deposit amount but instead charged my credit card and I am still waiting to get back the deposit amount which the invoice states I am due to get back.

I rent on a regular basis. The only real issue is the high block they put on for ther insurence 16_000 rand_ but it is what it is_ I only pay 5000 with woodford and get the same insurence cover. Other than that car was better than the one I booked so all happy

The tyres were in a bad condition.

Where service fell short was inadequate guidance about how to use the tools for changing tyres after a flat and also for how to use the compressor to pump up soft tyres. This meant that we struggled unnecessarily when we had a tyre disintegrate. Otherwise_ service was good and helpful.
