Vehicle was not completely clean when we picked it up. There were two used drinking bottles under the drivers seat and the back seat was dirty.

I was disappointed that the amount you told me I had to pay on pickup was much less than what I was charged. I was told that was due to concession fees_ taxes and other charges were not added into your amount. It means when I was comparing prices I was not matching apples with apples.
