I did not get a receipt for the prepayment.
Added extras on collection of car.
Pick up time too long_ 90 mins and only 4th in queue in 40 degree heat.
There were so many extra charges once we got to the car pick up location. The cheaper online prices are def not what you get when you collect the car. They even charge for car cleaning!
The baby car seats are very weak_ inconfortable_ no quality at all We arrived 10 min before 8:00 and even if there was no client we had to wait until 8:00 Because that was the time i wrote we will arrive
