It wasn’t immediately clear where to go to collect the rental car_ which caused some initial confusion. There was also a delay at the desk as our booking didn’t appear on the system_ meaning it took around an hour to receive the car. However_ once this was resolved_ everything ran smoothly and the car itself was good!

I booked car more than 4 weeks in advance and I got Fiat 500x AT instead of VW T-Cross AT or similar SUV.
