I had an issue with a tyre. But I was disappointed with the initial call to their call centre at 720pm on a Saturday night. They gave me idea as to what to do next. This led to a restless night sleep. The call next morning alleviated my concerns

When I got to Gatwick the North Terminal they arranged the car hire to return to London City and then the excess travel insurance arranged with yourselves could not be used so I paid for excess travel insurance twice. Any chance of refunding that excess travel insurance that I paid to your good selves? I am about to book another two weeks of car rental in Australia thorough yourselves but if I do not get the refund I will use another company.
