This was very easy and the car was great!
The problem we experienced with our rental was in no way the fault of the provider. The Ford Puma had some kind of software issue and the company refunded us a good amount to compensate for our trouble. Thanks!
Friendly staff_ everthing was fast and fluent.
We were supposed to collect at 1300. No one at desk and no apology for delay when someone finally arrived. Drop off staff excellent.
