A very positive experience
Aidan : Customer Service Agent was friendly helpful professional and polite. However lock up location is a distance from terminal as there are renovations happening everywhere
Couldn’t believe the final cost of this hire. We were delighted with the service but got such a shock when you took the payment and the £200 has not been refunded either.
Should have a reasonable in-car option for a flat tyre. Car manual would have been helpful - no idea how to reset dashboard warnings after addressing an issue.
A lot of hidden costs differ from the online quotation even though it says no hidden costs.
