The car seat provided was not appropriate for the age of our baby. Which resulted in us not being able to use the car as much as we would have liked. She is 4 months old and the car seat was for month and above. I tried to explain this at collection but they insisted it was ok.

The staff at pickup and drop off were helpful and friendly and provided a personalised service. The car hadn_t been washed but I wasn_t concerned as it was tidy and clean inside. Also I was delighted to receive an upgrade. The time to collect the car was extended because there were several customers arrive at once.
