In France everybody closes @12 for lunch until 2 pm Impossible to return car at specified time of 12 Unbelievable

When the car pick up is done_ send the status report of the car condition at the same time (not at the end of the hiring period because its confusing!). When the car is returned send the car status report at return at the end. Ideally send the report in French and English to avoid confusion.
