Took more than month to get my insurance money back. It’s the cheapest and there was no delays in pick up and drop off.
The return of the deposit took a long time and only happened after several messages from me and the threat to report the situation to the authorities.
They advised it would take one month to return the deposit! Far too long. Car was in ok condition and had km limit. This was not clear in booking
