Het zou handig zijn_ mocht er ergens DUIDELIJK vermeld staan dat het bedrijf gelegen is in Terminal 2 en dat je een shuttlebus moet nemen vanuit Terminal 1_ waar je vlucht landt.

We had an issue after collecting car where the exit barrier would not lift to allow us to leave the car park_ it was late at night and were travelling with 3 young children which did not make for a great experience. Someone had to open the barrier manually_ the waiting and confusion was very frustrating and caused a lot of stress and anxiety. Office was closed when we dropped the car back so used the key drop so can’t comment fairly on drop off service.
