The agents that I dealt with were extremely professional and friendly. The car was in great shape_ and I really enjoyed driving it. The only downsides were trying to find the rental desk upon arrival at Beauvais airport_ as the directions on the voucher were very vague and did not represent where the actual desk was located. On drop off was even worse - the returns area was 3 levels down in a parking garage - and the desk to return the keys was inexplicably in a location in a separate building_ and the signage telling customers where to go to drop off the keys and return the vehicle was extremely poor. A map would have been more helpful.

Return sign for car to airport could be made easier. Closest petrol pump to airport indicated clearly _ optional cover insurance notes explained better.

Alors une rectification Lors de ma réservation_ on m’a demandé un acompte de 45 € qui a été débité sur mon compte et arrivé pour récupérer la voiture ils m’ont refait payer 45 € alors il me faut voir_ j’attends mon retour afin de savoir si ils vont me rembourser et la voiture que je réservé_ c’était pas la même qu’on m’a donné l’équivalent mais très bien

Pickup service good_ but long due to existing queue. On drop-off there was nobody to check the car and after 2 days I still didn_t get any confirmation on email...
