All straight forward apart from being pushy re upgrading the car (fair enough)and taking out additional insurance to cover excess (way above third party offers) by making it clear that a charge of €1400 would remain on my card for up to 30 days_ suffice to say i could see that it was a money grabbing (how I saw and felt at the time) exercise and stuck to my original request and third party excess cover.

My Concern was I should have been notified before I got to Barcelona to be told that the model I had chosen was not available there therefor we had to have two changes which was done satisfactory.

Miła obsługa - auto nie zgodne z opłaconym samochodem. Trudności przy zdaniu auta - brak parkingu do odstawienia samochodu. Przy zdaniu auta bardzo duży chaos. Na plus jakość obsługi - mili i życzliwi pracownicy.

Erg veel schade aan de auto bij ophalen en veel uitleg over eventueel nieuwe schades en de hoge bedragen die hier gerekend zullen worden. Dit terwijl alle schade verzekerd zou moeten zijn. Voelt niet als een prettige check in. Focus lag vooral op het berekenen van mogelijke nieuwe schades terwijl de auto als vol schade zat

It was exceptionally busy so there was a delay picking the car up_ however the rental company added extra time to our hire in recompense.
