Good service but the car was old and not in good shape at all

Didn_t get what we booked. Would have been cheaper to have gone direct.

Only niggle was that the speedometer was MPH but road speed limit signs are KPH_ it would have been useful to have been reminded of this anomaly.

When returning car at 5am_ there is no representative(due to early hour) so checking car over was not possible. It was in good shape though. Thank you.

We would have preferred not to have an automatic - I think one should be able to state a preference at time of booking
