The car had a smell of cigarette smoke. It would be good to have a no-smoking policy for all cars. And if the car smells of smoke when returned_ they are charged a cleaning fee so that the smell of cigarette smoke can be removed.

We had several minor issues with the car during the rental period_ one mechanical (flat tyre and a loose cable) and the other administrative (police fine for unpaid insurance). We ordered 4x4_ but we received just front wheel drive. At pickup I said that this isnt 4x4_ but the delivery guy lied to me that it is 4x4... well it wasnt :(
