pick up instructions wereWRONG____wasted 30 mins to get to pick up. The instructions should be _ walk to outside of airport to where all the hire car rentals are located. _....NOT NOT wait at airport information desk where the respresentative will meet you_...absolute RUBBISH.
I have not received a receipt for my payment. Nor have I received an acknowledgement that the car was returned without damage. I was promised both as I returned the car. Please intervene

Would have been handy if we’d been informed that the office was in Departures. We spent 20 minutes walking around all of the offices. Otherwise all good. Great car beautifully presented.
