Tutto bene. Tranne il fatto che all’arrivo ho dovuto pagare di più rispetto alla cifra iniziale. Motivo: avevo scelto questa compagnia perché includeva il primo seggiolino gratuitamente quando invece all’arrivo ho dovuto pagare 30€ in più per lo stesso seggiolino che doveva essere compreso.

The customer support was weak. I received a copy of the rental contract with some serious discrepancies of my personal data even that the rental company had all id documents. It took at least four calls to the customer service to correct all the mistakes. The representatives just simply are not capable to read documents that they have and write the same in the rental contract.
