We booked on the understanding it was located at the airport but was actually some way away. That said they were great communicators_ the car was good - so good value

The pick up location for the car is few minutes drive away from the new Chitose Airport. The staff all were very helpful_ and advised us accordingly. Especially most the staff there are Taiwanese.

Pick up requires a phone call to the provider. Foreigners do not typically have SIM cards that allow local phone calls. This needs fixing to get a full 5 stars. Other than that the staff were super helpful and a great experience overall.
