We were earlier than the reservation time and they would not let us pick up the car untill the time stated on the reservation
The whole limited mileage was not clear so had to upgrade

Μου έδωσαν γρατσουνισμένο αυτοκίνητο και μου είπαν κάθε καινούργια γρατζουνιά την χρεώνουν 600 ευρώ! Και για αυτό θα έπρεπε να πληρώσω εάν θέλω επιπλέον 300 ευρώ! Αρνήθηκα.
Dear Sir/madam After the deliver of the car on Monday 7/7/2025_ and during their final check_ they informed me that they found a scratch at the left back side of the car near the rear left wheel. This scratch was already there when we initially received the car_ as it was clearly shown in the photo and video that was taken on Wednesday 2/7/2025 during the receipt of the car. I also showed the same photo and video to them during the car deliver (mr Havier) and they both agreed that the scratch was indeed before we take the car. For this reason I refused to sign any paper during the car deliver on Monday 7/7/2025 and I will not accept any additional charge. Without prejudice of all my rights_ Best Regards_ Christos
