The address provided during the booking was not correct_ I called the rental supplier who informed me the location was changed 3.5 years ago. The car was not what I had selected but it was a new car withing the same segment. The rental rep. was very professional_ competeny_ friendly and helpful. Her English was excellent.

We have specified a pick-up time outside of the opening times. Nevertheless_ we were able to receive the car at this time without any problems. Excellent service.
