The whole process was easy. The vehicle we were given was_ brand new. All went very smoothly with us having an very early (5am) drop off also.
The baby car seats are very weak_ inconfortable_ no quality at all We arrived 10 min before 8:00 and even if there was no client we had to wait until 8:00 Because that was the time i wrote we will arrive
