Only reason for low score on _The time it took to get your rental car?_ is because there was only one person working the counter. She was wonderful_ but there were at least six people waiting to get cars. It_s not a quick process and people were getting aggressive. Again_ the agent did a wonderful job. I would suggest the company have more people on the counter during busy hours.
