I was a bit disappointed when I had to pay 15€ because I returned the car earlier_ about 07:15 instead 10:30. Never happened before with other rentals in similar situation.
We had a little problem with the car_ but could not reach the agency. At the end of the day_ they called me back. Luckely I was not standing on the side of the road. But further of that_ it was very easy and the car was perfect.
They gave me a nice upgrade without asking for extra payment. Their low price full insurance coverage with no deductible is great!
Whole process was very fast and pleasant. I really appreciate check-in via QR code in the car of pick up service_ so it has made whole pick up procces even faster.
De eerste auto had een mankement. Dat werd verholpen door ons een prachtige nieuwe auto te geven. We kregen een veel duurdere upgrade. Echt super fijn!
