Just had to wait an hour at the airport to be collected. Rang them at 6.15pm_ rang again at 6.55pm to be advised I_d been forgotten. Then they arrived around 15 minutes after that.
Car seemed to to be missing power to a cylinder during operation.
Friendly competent staff. Needed clearer indirections to the collection area.
Alpha was very good to deal with. They were reasonably priced. The car was a bit older than I would have liked and also not too clean inside. Despite this they were easy to deal with so I give them an overall rating of 4 stars.
