What you need to know for your car hire in Toulouse:

With this package you are FULLY PROTECTED, except for the first portion of the claim (Excess)
in the event of damage or theft to the hire car:

Fuel policy:
A full tank of fuel (based on the price of the petrol stations) and 50 EUR+12% are paid on collection. A vehicle to be returned full of fuel. Petrol station receipt on return confirming the tank is refiled must be presented. If a vehicle returned with not full tank, the refund of the amount paid will have a deduction equal to the value of the missing liters of fuel and 50 EUR+12%.

Minimum age of the driver for this car is: 21

Optional insurances/ options purchased locally are controlled by the local hire provider.
Options can be subject to availability even when booked. No charge made locally for unavailable items.
Any alterations to your voucher made locally could incur extra charges.

Third Party Liability cover amounts included in the rates:
Coverages are subject to General Terms of the Company insurance contract with its insurer, and accepted by signing the rental contract.
- For bodily injuries per accident, up to unlimited amount.
- Damages to properties, 100 000 000 EUR (subliminal of 1 500 000 EUR in case of environmental damages, fire or explosion).

Payment :
The following credit cards are accepted:
MasterCard and Visa.
Car rental company may accept the payment by a debit card or EC-Karte.
The customer will be charged for the guarantee amount corresponding the excess.
Due to the foreign exchange rate and other possible banking charges not related to the rental company the customer will have to take responsibility for the possible expenses involved when the company charge/refund the aforementioned deposit/excess.
It is essential that after the rental period, the customer goes to the office to return the vehicle and asks for the refund of the deposit/excess (if the car is returned in good condition, the vehicle has not been involved in any accident/breakdown…etc.).
Please, take into account that it is not possible to make any refund on a debit card if the company does not physically have the card.
Cash or Prepaid cards are not accepted.
A valid credit card in the name of the main driver must be presented as guarantee for the rental.
All cards must be presented physically at the rental desk, not in a virtual form.
Our local car rental partner may charge/reserve an amount equal to the excess as guarantee,
plus 90 EUR for GPS, if rented
which will be refunded/released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
Company do not accept debit or credit American Express, Postepay, Gift cards or Diners Club cards.
For all local customers and in case flight number (for deliveries at Marseille airport), or train stations (train number) is not provided during the booking procedure: guarantee and excess amount is no less than 1700 EUR - 2000 EUR (depending on rented car group).
Excess waiver insurance is available locally, offered by our car rental partner, as an optional extra form of insurance to provide cover for all or part of the excess.
Please note that all local payments will be made in EURO (EUR).

Optional insurances locally:
Car rental company may offer “Super Relax Cover” with a cost of approximately from 56-68 EUR per day (rates depends on the rental dates, duration and car group).
Other additional optional insurances and services might be purchased at the rental desk upon collection of a vehicle.

Driver requirements :
Maximum age of driver is 85 years
Driver must hold a full, valid licence for at least 1 year with no major endorsements
Drivers 25 years and over who have held the driving license for less than 4 years will have to pay a 6 EUR fee per day with a maximum of 84 EUR charge per rental,  depending on the rental location.This charge does not apply for drivers between 21 - 24. Any young driver fee to additional drivers will be paid locally.
International driver’s licence in addition with the national one is required for citizens from non EU countries or in case that the driver's licence is not written in Roman characters.
The physical driving license is always required, a digital or electronic format of a driving license is not accepted.

Ferrying the car :
It is allowed to Corsica.
Ferry Permission must be ordered during the booking procedure.
You have to inform the car rental company that you will take the rented car on a ferry.

Across the border rentals :
are allowed to the regions in Spain: Aragon, Asturias, Cantabria, Catalonia, Galicia, Navarre and Basque Country when the vehicle is picked up from the following locations: Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse.
It is also allowed to Andorra, Monaco and Corsica when the vehicle is picked up from the following locations Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse.
It is also allowed to Switzerland and Italy with additional cost payable locally: from 1 to 3 days rental: 40 Eur per vehicle, from 4 days to 7 days: 60 EUR, from 8 days onwards: 80 EUR when the vehicle is picked up from the following locations: Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice and Toulouse.
In case of offence against Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions all insurances lose their validity.
Cross border fee is charged per country.

Mileage Information :
250 kilometers free per day for 1- 6 rental days, 200 kilometers free per day for 7-14 rental days and 100 kilometers free per day for more than 15 rental days are included. A charge of 0.15 - 0.23 Euro per kilometer (depending on the car group) will apply thereafter.

Other Information :
Telephone assistance is free for every customer on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:30 hr. There will be a service charge that will not exceed 30 EUR for contacting Roadside Assistance/S.O.S outside of these hours.


Cancellation Policy
Free of Charge for Cancellations made online via My Booking 48 hours before the rental start date.
Cancellations less than 48 hours incur a non-refundable maximum amount of 50 Euro* (or equivalent currency).
*Due to the currency exchange rate used by your bank this amount may be slightly higher or lower.
No Refund is made for a No Show or failure to produce the correct documentation, driver's licence, passport/ ID card, credit card etc.

Amendments and changes
Amendment of a Confirmed booking Made via My Booking online.
When an amendment is made a new order is created.
Until new order (amendment) is confirmed by rental provider the original order remains valid.
After confirmation the original order is automatically cancelled and all related payments will be adjusted.
Please Note: Amending your booking is FREE OF CHARGE
Prices vary and local provider may be different. New voucher will be issued.
Amending a not confirmed booking results in the original order being cancelled immediately.

Extension of a booking in rental can be made either by making a new booking via CarFlexi (requires confirmation by a local provider, not necessarily the same) or by arranging it with the local provider.
If the extension is arranged with the local provider, “Theft & Damage Excess Protection” package, “Wheels, Tires, Undercarriage and Glass Coverage” or any other service offered by CarFlexi (if chosen) is not valid for the extended days.

Other charges
Usually, upon collection, the car rental provider will hold an amount on your credit card, to cover the excess (if applicable) and any missing fuel, until the car and fuel tank are returned in the same condition.
Cash or debit card payments are rarely accepted.
The renter is responsible for parking and traffic fines, towing costs and toll fines. Any dissatisfaction with the rental car must be reported immediately to the local provider.

Out of operating hour charges
Any ‘out of operating hour’ charges, if applicable, are always INCLUDED in our prices.
Any deviation from the confirmed pick up/ return times on your voucher could incur extra charges, closed station or your booking treated as No Show.
We strongly recommend contacting your local provider in the case of any time change.
Tip: A common practice of most other sites is to hide this charge

Authorized driver
Main driver: The person named on the voucher (main driver) has to sign the car rental contract at the time of pick up.
Additional driver: Details are not required at the time of booking. It is advisable to book this option online to take advantage of our online price.
Young Driver Fee: Always INCLUDED in our prices.
Tip: All other sites hide this charge.
Note: Any young driver fee, if applicable to additional drivers will be paid locally.

If the person specified on the voucher as the “main driver” is not stated on the local hire contract/ agreement, then refundable service of "Theft & Damage Excess Protection" or "Wheels, Tires, Undercarriage and Glass Coverage", if are opted online during the booking procedure, become invalid..

Any local/ government tax changes will be reflected in the amount to pay locally.
