We originally requested the Rav 4 and we received a Haval H6 which was a little disappointing. Not a major problem The issue was just getting used to the settings of the car indicator on the left and driver controls on the right indicator location. Overall the car was fine and we had an amazing holiday

Vehicle return was fast and staff was friendly and helpful_ just uneasy that there is no paperwork etc as proof of return etc_ although this is common practice_ it would be great to receive formal acknowledgment that vehicle is returned.
