we were a little concerned that there was no one to accept the car back. we left the key in drop box. the car was in perfect condition with extra petrol when we left it so not expecting any come back.
i booked a volvo xc60; i got a ford kuga. it is not the same car. the agency said it is simialr category (according to themselves). According to the price list of buying new cars_ volvo xc60 costs more than 50pc more. it is a luxury car; ford kuga isnt. shame.
If travelling to Exeter and needing a car_ I would probably book with another car hire company just purely because of the distance. Whilst not far_ I did have 2 small children and luggage which was a challenge. If by myself however_ I would use this company again if they were the cheapest.
