Hello - still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Was expecting to pay $396.04 but was charged $512.98 both $NZ the guy at the drop off said the rest would be refunded. It has now been 11 days. Please action this. Happy to change this once refund comes through.

No one was available to drop car park_ so I dropped keys at airport help desk _ car company turned up late _ accussing me of skipping out on 1x day car hire or 11 day car hire as I organised for a extra day _ the guy turned up 45min before my flight _ I was already at boarding gate _ telling me he will call the police as I need to come pay for the e tra day _ I offered _ to pay via card _ email bank bsb and acc and he got so angry saying I am a thief _ now won_t respond

a little mote instruction for directions to the rental counter at the airport. Eventually found the guy at _Coastal_ Car rentals which surprised me. Otherwise excellent.

借りる際、返却する際のスタッフの方は感じも良く時間も正確で非常に良かった。また、車の返却場所を微妙に変更してもらった（空港→空港近くのホテル）が、快く応じてくれて助かった。ただ、Fijiのレンタカーの車両クオリティのアベレージが分からないものの、エアコンの効きが悪かったり、若干異音がしたり、タイヤが古かったりと車そのものの品質は極めて低いと感じた。Fijiだとあのくらいが普通なのだろうか？

At pickup it would have been good to have been advised of road rules in fiji. Speed cameras_ speed limits etc. Also to be advised of what to do and who to contact in case of accident. Also advised that an email would be sent with rental agreement but this never arrived.
