We were 6 adults (at 80 I was the youngest) when we returned the vehicle it would have been the simplest to just put one of the shuttle drivers into our van and take us to the airport. Instead we had to unload all of the luggage and all 6 of us and wait for 20 minutes until one of the shuttle drivers_ who was there the whole time_ took a company shuttle_ that was also there the whole time_ to bring us to the airport.
