Fair drop-off because there was no one to receive the car and no follow up call to say all was in order_ I had to phone to check the agents had received the car. An additional concern was that I received an email today saying the vehicle is overdue. This causes unnecessary worry.
הפרטים של ההשכרה לא ברורים. בדיעבד הסתבר לי שחייבו אותי יום נוסף רק בשל פער של 3 שעות. גם המסמכים לא הכי ברורים. לא קיבלתי את הרכב שהזמנתי (למען ההגינות רשום שאקבל רכב באותה רמה) והרכב שקיבלתי לא מצא חן בעיננו אבל לא הייתה אופציה אחרת
