Good price and professionalism. Train to Stanstead from Heathrow just to collect the car was a costly inconvenience in terms of time and cash. Waiting for the shuttle nearly lost us the flight.

The _shuttle from the airport_ turned out to be _go look for an airport bus. The pick-up drop-off experience is very approximate regarding previous damage to the vehicle. They don_t take time to go over the car and so you MUST video the car in detail upon pick-up to prove former damage was not your responsibility. INCLUDE VIDEO OF THE TYRES. The car was EXCELLENT.
