Lots of new hidden costs such as you have to clean the car outside and inside. Staff was extremely helpful and some were extremely unfriendly. I need to compare to other companies in Croatia to be able to say whether I’m gonna come back.

The car was perfectly fine — it was really nice_ clean_ and of high quality. But what I absolutely cannot get over is the attitude of the staff. I came to the counter with three children_ one of them in a stroller. After a short while of dealing with the paperwork_ the staff handed me two child seats and the car keys with the registration documents over the counter and told me we should find the car in the nearby parking lot ourselves. I_m sorry_ but that_s just not acceptable. There were four adults working there_ and no one else was waiting in line behind me. Next time_ I’ll choose a different car rental company.

Charged €30 to take the car on ferry To Brac. Why ? Returned car with normal Holiday dust and was Charged €10 to clean.
