Drop off point (Zagreb airport) had no person to take the keys from us. We had to put the keys and car papers in a key box.

I flight was delayed by 2.5 hours and didn’t come in didn’t end up landing until the early hours. This did not pose a problem as they stayed late for us at no extra charge
