The pick up location for the car is few minutes drive away from the new Chitose Airport. The staff all were very helpful_ and advised us accordingly. Especially most the staff there are Taiwanese.

Pick up requires a phone call to the provider. Foreigners do not typically have SIM cards that allow local phone calls. This needs fixing to get a full 5 stars. Other than that the staff were super helpful and a great experience overall.

Would have liked to drop the car off at a time that suited me_ not having to return during office hours. Staff was very helpful in dropping me at my hotel after returning the car
