I have not received a receipt for my payment. Nor have I received an acknowledgement that the car was returned without damage. I was promised both as I returned the car. Please intervene

Although the car was clean and working_ the maintenance was poor - the wipers were not working properly (blades worn out) and the tyre pressure was uneven. I also did not like the Jeep car that I was given although it fitted the Intermediate SUV criteria. The pick up and return service was excellent as was the helpline that I needed to call.

The dropoff location could be better. Why not return the car to where it was picked up?

Car rental is very detailed and confusing _ I am still not sure if my voucher was used in the process or not . I did ask at car return _ but the lady was very abrupt _ as was the man who went to get the car from where we had parked - everything seemed to be a bother to them - we weren_t treated like customers _ more like a thorn in their sides . It was the complete opposite of the welcome we got from the staff at Dubrovnik .

The imposition of additional insurance was very negative. An absolute negative point
